What I'm doing is combining Permanente locations with some other farming locations, depending on what cargos is offering me. (Extremely valuable cargo not always is the best one to go for) This way I have choice of locations during the whole event, and usually I'm able to get supply 2-3 times per day.

Did you make tutorials on the newest locations such as Transport Hub or Sewers or the Lab? I left the game for 3-4 years and the last thing I remember being added was Bunker Bravo. I havent visited the new locations yet.
