As someone with super pale, cool-toned skin, you would be surprised how amazing cool colours look as highlighters. For years I was wearing gold highlighters because that was pretty much all that was available and it looked so bad sitting on top of pink undertones. I switched to a very sheer blue-purple-pink multichrome and it looks amazing.

Same! I am pretty neutral so both look fine but my fav highlighter ever was a WHITE with a pink shift. And when that broke I was trying to find another, though BM whimsical seems similar. The employee at ulta suggested free (gold) and I bought that. I ended up picking up a Becca amithyst (?) and I like it more than free

Love that you do a recap! A lot of people just mention a first impression and never update, and I really appreciate that you do! I really love the pretty fresh foundation! I use a very small amount and use a sponge to apply, and it ends up not looking foundation-y at all. But I do use a very tiny amount, I find you need less than other foundations! But I know foundations are very different for everyone, so maybe it doesn't work on your skin type? I have oily textured skin and it makes my skin look so nice and smooth!

The ND Zendo palette was the 1st ND palette I ever used and i had a really hard time blending it and the shades were patchy on me. I then got the ND love palette and it is so beautiful and easy to use. I have really been trying to work with it. I have tried didnt primers etc still trying...

Things this summer: I bought the whole cabana club collection from colourpop and love every single item. First time I’ve ever bought a whole collection. I got the BH Paris palette after your review. I like it but haven’t used it heavily yet. I also have used Viseart petit soleil and Paris love letters a lot this summer. Sorry if this is creepy, but your tatas are looking fantastic, here! 👌🏻 I'm trying so many skin tints, lately. 😩 And still haven't really found a "favourite." I so appreciate that the lightest NYX one is more pink, because most of their other foundations have been super yellow. 😣 But it's actually QUITE high coverage. I wanted to love the new face & body foundation from Colourpop, but the shade range isn't fantastic. The lightest can work as a bronzer, on me. 😑 I did get and try their new brow soap thing, and I actually really like it! I wet the brush with whichever face spray I'm using, and it works nicely. 👍🏻 I did end up making ANOTHER Colourpop order (I swear, they keep some things out of stock so you can't get everything you want in one order, lol). I got the Fine Feathered and High Tide palettes, the face & body balm bronzer, and 2 of the 5-pans (the blue one, oof, and the purply one). Plus s'more intense liners. 😋 It's looking like I need to buy some things from Juvia's Place and BH again, soon... 🤔

I placed an order with bh cosmetics Germany last week that arrived today!! All thanks to Angie. She made me do it. Because of the 13€ shipping to Sweden (yikes) I almost went nuts and got lots of palettes. But I decided to be level-headed and only get what I really wanted: The Paris-palette (I haven't even removed the plastic yet because I'm in awe), the Say it! "Fuck off" lipgloss (I did not know it was a plumper but tbh I'm loving the menthol feeling and the dark and shimmery look) and a eyeshadow brush on sale for good measure. .......but this video makes me think that maybe I should have thrown in a "Say it!" eyeshadow palette after all 😂

I think that with the ND Zendo Palette the problem is that Natasha Denona usually pulls out very cohesive color stories, while this one challenges the consumer to mix and match by him/herself warm tones and cool tones. Not everyone is capable of doing that, and not everyone is willing to go out of safe "neutral crease and shimmer on the lid" look! Many reviewers I watched tried to mix too many shades and it turned out a muddy mess.

I'm enjoing the 6 pan blush "eyeshadow" palette as face palette on my fair skin, it's more buildable than their usual formula, not that extremely pigmented, somene recommended it to me in the comments under Angie's video and it's sooo brilliant 4 matte schades, well the dark one is too dark for blush, but the two shimmers work as blush toppers, it's worth considering for sure.

Good point on ranking the Gucci lipsticks low because of the old school scent and taste. Old smells bring to mind old formulas, which haven't changed or been improved on for 30 years. Luxury needs to be new, in cosmetics. Also FYI, the chapter marker says "ranking my BH cosmetics palettes" 😉

Angie, your English is amazing! There's just one, small grammatical error that seems to come up fairly often. Whilst "i am having" is still accurate in portraying the info that you want to get across, a more grammatically correct phrase would either be "I am using" or "I have" 🥰 But obviously, Sweden has been doing something right, making it compulsory for students to learn another language throughout the whole of their schooling!
