It's a real toss up. I think I'll say Leafy Lake based solely on the fact that I hate to mess up the scenery in Evergreen Gardens.

Going to your previous point, a Resort Tycoon game would be dope. Like a game where you start off with like a trailer park but the better you do you can go from trailer park to 5* hotels. Then for the expansion packs you can get like a water park, a theme park and a jungle camp set which together would add like 300 rides and attractions altogether.

Low loan amounts and small spaces doesnt necceserily make it a bad scenario imo, it adds an extra challange. Which makes it more fun.

I would say that for a beginning scenario, it is a perfect start to not have much, to not get overwhelmed by distraction

Bumbly Beach used to always be one of my favorites, I just love the Big Dipper coaster that's already there and the overal beach vibes of the park. Shame it didn't rank any higher. :( But after that Leafy Lake should win.

I must say your loan ratings are a bit questionable. 30k max is about average for rct1 scenarios, so I'd argue that Forest Frontiers should probably be a 3 on that front. 50k max is the highest it goes in any scenario (Even in MegaPark, which is supposed to be the sandbox scenario), so I'd argue that should be a 5 for Leafy Lake. By the same logic, I think Evergreen Gardens should have been a 4. You are pretty spot on for Dynamite Dunes, Diamond Heights, and Bumbly Beach, though. As for the other Criteria, I agree with basically all your scores. Maybe I'd bump some up or down depending on what mood I'm in, but there's nothing that seemed off to me. Fun video. Looking forward to the next one.

At that time, Crumbly Woods. But that wasn't considering loan amounts either. If I considered that, then Leafy Lake would essentially win by default. I really valued how easy it was to build on. So parka like Lightning Peaks did very poorly.
