I really recommend the Dark Love series by Kat T. Masen! Specifically books 1& 2. Chasing Love and Chasing Us. The synopsis may seem like it's going to be a love triangle, but it's clear that it's not from the moment you start reading it. They're not DARK dark, but they're toxic, emotional and fun! I'm still surprised that I haven't heard anyone talk about them.

Sav R. Miller and Emily McIntire are underrated dark romance authors imo. I have all of their books and loved them ALL!!! The content is not that dark and very good for people who are interested in dark romance.

I AGREE. I don’t know how Penelope does it, but she writes characters that I’m still missing till this day. Their family dynamic was just so beautiful it truly stayed with me. And she also just writes such compelling and thrilling stories that keep me guessing.
