What a great way to wrap up Vlogmess! The Dior is so pretty, but the Rituals calendar really captured the season! We all knew Chanel was going to be at the bottom😂 I saw that Kristina Braly actually sent hers back to Chanel for a refund!

Thank goodness for you because I was planning on buying the Chanel calendar until I saw your video! Instead I opted for both of the Dior calendars (LOVE), the L'Occitane calendar, the YSL calendar and the Diptyque. The YSL is really beautiful but I didn't love that it was so beauty centric. I wish they would've included some other fun special holiday themed surprises. In all I loved the Dior and Diptyque the most this year. Thanks for the suggestions!!! XO

Great advent calendar review! I ordered an advent calendar from Artful Tea in Santa Fe, NM in November 2021. There were so many fun teas to try! I think I will order the David's tea next year!

The Rituals calendar is beautiful, but the one that turned out to be one of my favorites is Sabon. It is a 31 day calendar and I love the Art Deco design. Although not usually a fan of strong scents I've already ordered several products from their line.

I ordered the rituals calendar after seeing your review, but had a disaster. Delivery was protracted ( out for delivery then cancelled three times) then when it finally arrived the box was smashed in and wet. The houses were mangled and soaked, there was no light set, and the diffuser and room spray were both empty- they had leaked all over the houses😩 Rituals costumer service was terrible- initially said keep what you can salvage and we will give you a full refund, then phoned back minutes later and said no sorry, you have to return it. To cut a very long story short, after resorting to Twitter and CEO email they have let me keep the bits that are ok, have promised me a refund and given me a £15 voucher ( although the email said £20 🙄) All in all a disappointing experience to say the least!

First timer here! Liked your other advent videos and really surprised by what they offered!! Kind of insulting! My first ever advent calendar was Rituals….it’s beautiful! It is pretty, lights up, goes with Christmas and price was not bad for all the wonderful treats inside. I’ll be getting it again. 🙂

I bought that Rituals calendar because of your video. It was so good. I discovered so many things I want now. My favorite (the Serendipity foam wash) is not available in the country, so that was a bummer) but it is the best advent calendar. I hated putting it together, though. My village wasn't as nice looking as yours because of that.

I got one of the L’Occitane advent calendars because of your video 🥰 Its such a nice brand to use, I got TONS of hand creams laying around the house and my bathroom is generally stocked with all sorts of goodies 🙈

Would have loved to order the Rituals advent calendar but here in Europe there were soo many complaints of double payments, missed/delayed packages and not very good customer service… Watched so many reviews of people who got it as a present from the company and they just loved it so much, but it seemed that they had a real problem with their ordering system 😏

I would definitely put the L'Occitane one as my favourite, but I am biased as I'm allergic to fragrances and lotions etc and yet I am OK with their Shea Butter Range, so it is literally all I use. I would buy one of their calendars every year, because as you said it would top me up, but unfortunately their calendars are understandably mixed, so isn't worth me buying it and having allergic reactions to the non-shea butter ones through their packaging!. Luckily I have been in touch with Santa and I have a feeling I will be topped up nicely for the year tomorrow! Fingers crossed, also am I going mad, there was an Armani one you did a video on wasn't there? Where would you rank that? Merry Christmas.

The Dior calendar sold out in November last year and this year's is still available. Maybe the price increase and foundation turned a lot of people off? It's beautiful though :)

I was really shocked at how many high end ones were still available right up to mid December. Years ago the liberty one sold out instantly. This year I was still getting emails about it more than a month after it's launch.

I understand your reasoning concerning the Net-A-Porter experience, but the Chanel remains the worst I've ever seen. The Chanel edit group new that they were selling their clients a very expensive total fail, and still did it. The biggest surprise is the Sabon I gifted my wife, a 31 day priced at $99, lots of interesting things to test, a little repetitive maybe..., and remaining as the most intriguing is the YesStyle, packaging was a little "blaah" this year, but, full size K-Beauty always impresses, and who can say "No" to some good ol' Snail Juice cream 🤣🤣!! The Chanel Advent Calendar may have ranked worst but don’t you think the packaging itself is pretty great? The big flacon box is really cool and the Mondrian-like geometric plan of the boxes inside is so nice. I get some of the contents were kind of disappointing but were you really expecting an intrinsic value knowing you were spending $825 plus tax in the first place? I mean, come on.
