When I lived in OR we had a local coffee shop and at the start of Fall they would come out with their PSL. They would bake pumpkin pies, scoop out the filling, froth it with steamed milk, and add the espresso on top, top with WC and a dusting of spice mixture....my gawd....it was unreal. I literally think about it everyday. And it's been 6 years the last time I had it.

It’s even better making it at home. Make some condensed milk and simple syrup, grab a can of pumpkin purée, spices, and a little good salt. Put a tbsp or 2 of the pumpkin spice syrup in some espresso, and steam some milk. It’s heaven in a cup. Everything is better made from home.

PRO TIP: If you want pumpkin spice all year round, just order a dirty chai. It's a chai latte (i prefer sweet chai) with a shot of espresso. Chai has all the spices of "pumpkin spice" plus more. It's better than a pumpkin spice latte
