For the first time i heavily disagree with you. Punk vs Cena was an amazing (if not hall of fame) rivalry. Starting with the awesome storyline heading to money in the bank, with that 5 star match in Chicago. This alone should be enough to put it higher. Then they had other great matches, involving other superstars such as del rio or big show. And then they finished it off with that Classic on raw in 2013. Should be higher on this list. Punk vs Cena is definitely a Hall of Fame rivalry in my mind because both of them brought out the best in each other during it. It felt so natural and their beef on the mic is the greatest of all time in WWE. When they came face to face, in or out of the ring, you could cut the tension with a knife. Even though both of them are complete opposites, you can understand the mindsets and opinions of both. Nobody but Punk can beat Cena on the mic and nobody but Cena could have brought out the anti-hero persona of Punk in the same way.

The promo and the feud leading up was good though! All of Romans jabs about how Dusty trained him, and he’s the son Dusty wanted, and Cody’s talk about how he needs this win to exist. I loved it, they only came face to face maybe once or twice but that kept it special, and the match met expectations. I feel like people discount this feud because of the match result, but I’d say it’s worked out fine.

CM Punk vs Jeff Hardy?? That's for me the best CM Punk rivlry of all time. The Straight-edge vs the twisted Popular Babyface has one of the best storyline. Two people with exactly different characters, they are the yin and yang of each other. That rivalry deserves to be under the HOF, especially their career ending match.

I personally loved the Sasha vs Bayley main roster feud. (In Kayfabe) for years, people labelled Sasha as a backstabber who wanted the spotlight for herself and yet for most of 2020, she spent it giving Bayley the spotlight, helping her win match after match and stay champion. Bayley ultimately turned on Sasha because she believed that Sasha would eventually turn on her and Bayley wanted to beat her to the punch. Their feud showed that Bayley had been corrupted by what people (such as Corey Graves and Charlotte) had said for years and truly believed that Sasha was only out for herself. Sasha on the other hand is hurt about what her now ex best friend truly thinks of her and sets out to remind Bayley that Bayley needed Sasha as much Sasha needed Bayley.

I completely disagree with your take on Punk vs Cena. Sorry. The Feud was against the company, but Cena was the guy to represent them. Punk wasn’t going to have matches with Vince, they tried with HHH and that didn’t work. Cena was the guy to represent the company and Punk said that in his Pipebomb promo. His issue is what Cena represents. It was one of the first times Cena was characterized as what he truly was at the time, “the factory created face of wrestling” and Punk was the indie guy who represented the struggle. This feud NEEDED Cena, and it NEEDED Punk. No one else would be able to tell that story.
