Daniel Jeremiah and Bucky Brooks are back with a new episode of Move the Sticks. To start off the show, the guys go through every division and rank the head coaches within it (1:07). Find out which head coaches ranked at the top of each division in these rankings. To wrap up the show, the pair break down the overall tabulation of all the offense, defense and head coach rankings (22:30).

The first year Taylor was there they completely remade the defense through free agency. Brought in Hendrickson, von bell, Awuzie, bj hill in a trade, First draft with Taylor they took Burrow, Higgins, Logan Wilson. Next years draft got chase and cam Taylor Britt

LaFleur inherited a consistent team with one of the best QBs of all time, MCDC was given a bottom 3 team with Jared Goff. Both are good but Detroit is a historically awful franchise that turned around completely, the Packers are a good organization and made a smart hire that revitalized the team, but are always good.

Packers have been solidly consistent, MCDC took what was arguably the worst team in the league in the Lions and turned them into Super Bowl contenders in 3 years. The Lions improved under Campbell every year so far - you can't say the same for LaFleur

Shanahan is a great coach with an amazing team. McVay is an amazing coach with a great team. I love the Rams but if McVay had all the weapons that the 9ers do, he'd probably have 2 or 3 rings by now.

Todd Gurley - CMC Everett/Higbee - Kittle Kupp-Woods-Cooks/ Deebo-Aiyuk Whitworth-Trent Williams McVay failed to win a SB with weapons that are very comparable to the Niners. And he didn’t win until he got a QB. He also had an equally comparable defense probably even better defensive personnel. His front 4 was better than what the Niners have now. Edge at linebacker for the 49ers. But a better secondary for the Rams. I imagine when Shanahan gets a QB of Staffords caliber he will win a SB. Whether Purdy is that guy is hard to tell. This will be his second full season. Too early for that talk.

Everyone said MLF was carried by Rodgers when he had multiple 13 win seasons now he has a bunch of rookies and a first year starting qb and takes them to the playoffs with all the injuries and miscues. Penei Sewell, St Brown, Gibbs, Williams…all drafted with Dan Campbell as the head coach. Maybe he just knows how to develop players too. He is also 4-2 against Lafleur, 3-1 as an underdog. The Packers team was not much different last year than the year before. The only obvious difference was Love for Rodgers, which on the surface seems big, but then you dig just a little bit, and you see that Rodgers was a bottom 8 starting QB the last season in GB. Love wasn’t replacing an MVP. He was replacing a guy who was not good. The comeback GB had at the end of ‘22 winning 4 in a row before Detroit bounced them week 18 had nothing to do with the play of Rodgers. So where you see some magical performance by Lafleur, I see a team that was 1 game better than the year before with a lot of the same roster and better QB play.

I'm sorry, but having campbell over lafleur is insane. Yes, dan campbell is a good coach, but I want to see him with different coordinators; how do his teams respond then? Without ben johnson, is his offense still as good? Lafleur lost Rodgers and Hackett and the offense didnt really slow down. What pushes Lafleur over the edge for me is the developmental job lafleur has done with managing and developing such young team and coaching them into great players so fast.
