Peace Walker in better than Phantom Pain. Peace Walker has a really good story (I like the concept of the futuristic vehicles) and a tons of secondary missions.

@@cantsuggestareasonablename9101 For the gameplay you are right. The Phantom Pain is better in the gameplay. Has a huge map, a really good multiplayer and a lot of sidequests. Peace Walker hasn't a big map, but has a more deeper story. The only negative think I can say about Peace Walker is that hasn't a good graphic, but I can forgive it for the story and because is a game designed for the psp

@@user-nv8qm2lk5q Your definitely right. Peace walker story is just better and more interesting than TPP for many people and 2 thing I can credit peace walker is the co op and boss fights. My only grudge about peace walker is that it can seem a lot tedious sometimes (not the missions). I think TPP has good gameplay but I think the open world especially Afghanistan doesn’t give justice to the gameplay because the maps are soo lifeless and you barely can do anything in them apart from completing side missions that are borderline boring or doesn’t make sense. Their is various side ops that i remember were you have to eliminate those infected zombie looking soldiers and in my opinion those side ops are extremely boring. Why can’t kojima or Konami in that matter replace those lame side ops with challenging side ops like defeating the skulls or newer variations of the skulls like the scrapped light unit.

Peacewalker while a game that had flaws and limitations due to the PSP hardware was able to pull off some impressive feats. For me, this was the last time we truly see our characters find some sense of happiness and hope for it all to be destroyed by MGSV. All the voicelines was awesome and listening to some tapes, I still remember Snake was in a shower and confronted Kaz about approaching the Mother Base women. It was funny and sad when their friendship is broken. Huey and Strangelove were awesome and best couple. Then... what happened to Strangelove at the hands of Huey just broke me. I now hate Huey. Its an 8/10 for me.

If you understand the story of metal gear solid V I would argue it’s the best story because it shows how venom was the true big boss after the original died to the hands of naked snake and overall just made venom my favorite snake of all time

90% of MGS5 is just filler though. Most of those 600 hours were probably spent fucking around in menus, waiting for your helicopter, and traversing the barren open world

I personally loved Peace Walker, but I can understand the opinion. It kinda got a bit repetitive at the end for me, even if I still dig it and love it. If Peace Walker was done on a modern hardware with updated mechanics and scenarios it would be a blast of a game to play... but it was a PSP game and you can tell it wasn't such a serious project as the mainline titles were. I respect that list, especially because you're as much of a freak of MGSV as I am. I like MGS2 way more than 1 though, the story gets better with age and that shows just how impressive the writing was. Don't dig the scenario as much as I dig the rest of the games, but the story makes up for it and any other flaw, at least to me.

Peace walker as a Metal Gear game is "worst" because of how it is made for a weaker console but it's one of the best for that platform. I like MGS 4 more than MGS 3 but MGS 3 is just a gaming masterpiece. MGS 2 is a great sequel to MGS 1. Nothing can be said but MGS 1 is just SOLID.
