Have to disagree on Havertz. Having watched both if this guy was English he'd get the same amount of hype Jadon Sancho does coz they're similar level talents. Had a poor first game but in the last 3 games when he's been playing as a 10 he's been at the centre of everything good Chelsea have done in an attacking sense. Has also done well tracking back and winning the ball too. It's just potential now of course but imo this guy will be one of if not the best player in the league in his prime. Goalscoring, playmaking, areal ability, positional vercilitiy, size, speed, football IQ. He has it all.

Football fans are way too reactionary, it’s actually ridiculous. Chilwells looked great so far but it’s still so early to judge. Just like Werner idk how anyone can actually call him a flop after 4 league games. He looked great when playing as a striker against Brighton and Liverpool and won a pen in both. Granted he was poor against West Brom and palace but he was playing on the wing. Would love to see Kane try and play there.

They are not only judging their ability but what they bring to the team. Chelsea need a left back much more than a striker(also chilwell is expensive on paper but English player in prem is always overpriced, can't really judge that, I would say they only pay half for chilwell and half for his nationality Werner probably has a better value to performance ratio, but he is not double decent for Chelsea if they have to play him on the wing, nothing against Werner the player, they just simply think it's not a double decent decision for Chelsea.

No he did not. Phonzie did with 36.5km/h, beating Hakimi's 36.2 km/h. Yes kai havertz is fast with a top speed of 35 km/h, but he lacks the acceleration and agility associated with the modern game and the prem, especially for fleet footed wingers. Also he has been at times slow on the ball getting used to the demands of the league (I think that is what they meant in this context). He will come great and he is a phenomenal talent well worth the money, and is already starting to show it being central and the vocal point to Chelsea's and German National team's attack the past few weeks. However, he definitely did not record the fastest speed in the Bundesliga. Don't spread false info, it is not a good look.

The Arthur and Pjanic deal seems a bit sketchy. In reality the deal was Pjanic + £10m. £10m was what changed hands. The clubs must be benefitting somehow financially by claiming they were individual transfers with those huge market values. The transfer values are irrelevant because the only money that changed hands was the difference between the 2 fees. They are pretty much claiming the highest value they can for those 2 players without getting called out on it. Not sure if the benefit is raising the cost of assets, some tax benefit or what? But clearly there is a benefit to both sides for these unrealistic transfer values. If either player had gone in a regular one way transfer, no way would the fee have been that high. For that reason, I'd have been inclined to leave them out of the list.
