Terrifying fact: Smile Precure was made after a natural disaster happened in Japan, so that's why Miyuki is named "Cure Happy" to make the children who are watching precure forget about their traumatic experience frok what happened back in 2012..😢 (Do y'all expect a person like me who is forgetful would remember all the names of the current precures? 😭)

Cure Grace is in my personal top three because it's just SO refreshing to see a magical girl show acknowledge that victims don't have a responsibility to redeem their abusers. Grace's empathy doesn't have to be limitless. If I was rating Precures just based on how helpful I think their arcs are as moral lessons for the target (child) audience, honestly Grace might be #1 just for how good that lesson is and for how frustratingly rare it is in children's media.

@ The good thing is that most people realize she's a damn queen and a great role model for children. (IIRC she's one of the most popular Cures in the Japanese fandom.) But it's always so wild to encounter Daruizen defenders. He's literally a parasite! Who cares if you think his design is pretty!

I hate cure heart. But i disagree thats she a mary sue. she has so many flaws, so shes definitely not a mary sue. I hate her because EVERY SINGLE EPISODE is about her. Even on the other cures episodes, she always has to take over in some way, and I hate it. Its like she is the only one that ever gets credit. Mana is probably said about 50 times each episode and i cant stand it im sorry 😭

@Pop5chan I dropped it cause I thought it was quite boring. I feel like I should've worded my sentence better because it's not exactly the same thing, they do change it up quite a bit from Futari Wa, it's just because it was the season directly after the og and they have similarities. Maybe if Splash Star came a while after but it didn't. I'm gonna rank my fave villains from every season so I'll have to finish watching SS

@@KittyHybridPinkcat Please search the proper definition, it means for a character to be liked and admired by the whole cast without any reason for it or is completely perfect. Mana is not either of these things because she works for the respect she has and has plenty of flaws. And Mana is anything but overrated.
