Is 24 old nowadays? Cause Jaren and Ja are both young still, Bane is 25, GG is the youngest player in the league, Vince Williams Jr. rising star in year 2, and a top 8 pick should be a great core to have especially one with proven players that were able to reach the 2 seed the last 2 seasons.

I’m think it’s kinda a crazy take at the end when you compared the grizzlies and twolves. “Edward’s over ja clearly” before his of court stuff this last off season he was future face of the league guy. And then this year when he came back he was putting up crazy numbers before he got hurt. If I had to pick I’d probably lean Edwards because of the better shooting. But it’s wild to say right off the bat the bat he’s clearly better.

I mean clearly he hasn’t been great that’s obvious but that doesn’t mean he’s been terrible. He started playing way better after the break just like the last 2 seasons. He plays best with the offense around him but he’s not the 2nd option anymore so he’s having trouble adjusting to lesser role that’s nothing unusual for a 21 year old. Dude literally just scored a triple double in 20 minutes. Less than a year ago he carried this exact team minus Chet in the biggest game of their career with a 30 point triple dub. Y’all be hating

As a pistons fan, I feel like the young core 4 (cade Ivey aussar duren) is not gonna be championship caliber I like to think of the lakers who a few years ago had randle, BI, zo etc, a young core arguably more talented than the pistons young core, and they gave that all up for stars to win I have a soft spot for all these young players (as most pistons fans do) but I genuinely don’t think their young core as it is will ever amount to anything beyond a 2nd round exit. Unless they go on a hawks Cinderella run like a few years ago, but even then, the goal is to win chips

George and hendricks look promising if they continue to develop and grow. Kessler has regressed this year but I think he will still be a positive after this slump. Sexton seems to be a good fit as a 20ppg scorer. Juzang & sensabaugh could develop into good role pieces. This years picks. Not a bad young core at all

Alperen sengun>Paolo banchero Jalen Green = Franz Wagner Jabari smith Jr > Wendell Carter JR (By a little) Tari Eason = Jalen suggs Markelle Fultz + Cole Anthony > Amen Thompson and Cam Whitmore (By a little) Thats 4-3 with ties awarding one point to each team, and wins awarding another point. And since we are looking at future potential too as this is a young core, sengun is the one who has a comp as jokic. It must be nice to be so blind-sighted and closed minded enough to automatically think draft pick number and accolades makes a player good without having to put any thought into anything.
