Agreed as an Arsenal fan, that Suarez 13/14 season was personally for me the best striker all time season in Prem history. If he was taking penalties instead of Gerrard that year, he would have scored something crazy like 45 Prem goals. And he was banned for several games at the start of 13/14 because of him biting Ivanovic in 12/13 so it would been 45 goals in 33-34 games.

Wayne Rooney has scarcely 200 goals from nearly 500 games. Shouldn’t even be in top 5 strikers of all time, much less top 3. He was a very good player for a long time, but at no point in his career was he the best striker in the league. His goals per game ratio puts him 17th.
