wtf are you talking? Let's cut the chase, the match was crap and brock breaking the streak was a much better option than Reings and I'll defend this till my last breathe. Also, Taker was too old to carry the stress of taking his streak forward and The Last thing, Turning Roman heel back then was the most appropriate option but nah I disagree, His mic skills, expression, storytelling. Everything sucked. He only improved after his return in Thunderdome. He had a chance to experiment. If they'd turn reigns heel then it would've been a complete failure.

The match was great. The only thing that holds it back from being the best for me is the overbooking of the finish and the fact that Cody lost which I still to this day don’t think that was the right call. I feel like there were a few other matches that were better than that. Rhea vs Charlotte, Triple threat IC title match and the tag team championship title match.

Cody vs Roman at Mania 39 is a match that shouldn't be judged solely by the finish..it was a fantastic match, there was some awesome storytelling even in the entrances too, like Roman wasnt looking too cocky as he usually was and that made it look like he was going to lose, Cody breaking the guillotine...such little details made the match more interesting to watch

attended night two of WM38, you could clearly tell lesnar had injured his rib early in the match. my dad pointed it out that reigns and lesnar communicated about 8-9 minutes into the match with lesnar saying to end it earlier than expected, really sucks, was my first ever televised WWE event too lol

Honestly, the only way I see of going back to a one-night Wrestlemania is if they make it 5 or 6 matches at max, but I don't want that. I like to see all the matches that we see each night. I was so pissed about the 36 main. Drew was training in the mountains to prepare to take EVERYTHING Brock had to throw at him. I was ready to see the entire set be destroyed as Brock would suplex him through everything in the room. To show how Drew molded himself into the perfect specimen into taking all the punishment Brock had to offer ... Only for us to get a finisher fest AGAIN in a Brock match AGAIN.
