We are thrilled you all are being "forced" to cruise Sweden this summer! Just like anyone else, we tend to overlook our local hot spots for promises of far off travel, but diving deeper into our local gems (and sharing them with others) is truly a silver lining to all of this ❤️ Thanks for what you do!

Working from home I've watched your channel from episode 1 up to the latest episode. It's made being stuck in the home office quite serene, in a way I'm a bit sad I've caught up and can't have another full day watching your adventures. Your sailing life is inspiring, I'm now trying to convince my wife to sell the house and learn to sail... :-)

So much inner peace in one single video! It feels like there's a reason to look forward for tomorrow. Like one can take a deep breath and relax. Vera almost tried to say "mama"! Soon she will stuff her toes into her mouth (small babies do that!). When she smiles, even from so far away she makes me happy. Tycho Brahe died indeed from a ruptured bladder. The only difference is that as far as I know it was impolite in general to leave the table for the toilet - king or no king present - and even when dinner was finished, they would say "I will go clean my hands", instead. This was a superb video. Looking forward for your sailing through the canal! Be well and be safe.

Hello from Ohio. We live very close to Lake Erie and spend almost every bit of our recreational time on the lake. We have been watching your videos for awhile now started with the first one and have traveled along with you guys up to Alaska. We prefer to watch you tube videos of sailors and boaters , it is so calming for us. I am retired and Diane is working at a large hospital in Cleveland. Love your videos.

Tycho Brahe’s island! Amazing. I teach about Tycho and his island and contributions to Astronomy in my high school astronomy classes! He recorded the data that Kepler used to unlock the way the solar system works. And yes, that story is basically true as I’ve read it. Died after the party from not being rude. Would love to visit someday.

I very much enjoyed this small trip, it felt as if I was sitting around the dining table with you, almost joining in the chat about which places to visit. I remember you had mentioned about the big lakes and was looking forward to travelling these with you in the future. Once, driving from Stockholm to Denmark the route went along the side of the largest lake and was very surprised at how big it was. Lets hope you are able to enjoy an extended season of sailing this coming year.

I always get somewhat nervous when sitting on a plateau like where you had lunch and with a farmer's field in the background. Here in British Columbia, I have been involved in a fair number of rotational slips where the ground falls away suddenly. In some cases, it is caused by the lack of trees on the plateau and irrigating crops such that the land gets saturated. In other instances, it is simple erosion caused by the lack of vegetation to hold the soil. Look at 6:47 on your video; to the left, lots of trees and no erosion; immediately below you....erosion! Be safe out there; I am counting on many more wonderful videos from you! Kind regards, Bryan

Another great video from RAN sailing. I love the relaxed style and feel of your content which is showcased by beautiful videography, superb editing, complimented by great music choices and narration. The drone footage was amazing and enticed me to look up Ven as well as dig into the mystery of Tyco. Looks like the poor guy had a bladder infection which led him unable to pee and died from the complications that likely led to kidney failure. Sometimes the best places to explore are the ones you have taken for granted most of your life such as your own province and country. The last few minutes of the episode made me feel like I was sitting at the table with you eating dinner and having a nice chat. The only problem was you forgot to pour me a glass of wine! Thanks for sharing!
