Those narrow streets with flowered balconies in Porto are much like those I've seen in old Sevilla, Spain. So very hard to capture all the nuances and sights, but this brief tour did quite well. Thanks for the fine tour!

In our travels, Portugal is an absolute standout. It's blend of history, cool, food, art, friendly people and human scale cities is compelling. Porto is magic, but so too is Lisbon - both standouts. We also loved Coimbra if you get a chance to go there. If you get to Lisbon - check out the tile museum ( National Museum of the Azulejo), also a tram ride is a must - especially out to Belem and the home of pastel de nata's. An amazing country.

Great video. I've added Porto to the must visit list. I'll skip the port ice cream though. So good to see RAN back in the cruising groove. I still marvel at all your travels. Porto pronounced Portoo as in school by the Portuguese people in fact all “o” endings are pronounced that way is a beautiful city. I am interested in what you were told about that ornate bridge you crossed. We were told it was desIgned or inspired by Eiffel and was given to the City as a thank you gift. No matter the story it is a beautiful,bridge. We lived in Portugal 4 years and lived all that time in the Lisbon area but visited Porto several times and always enjoyed it especially that river walk you were on. You mentioned walking a lot there. That was typical for us. We used public transportation most of the time and estimated we walked about five miles a day getting to and from metro stations. I have enjoyed your recent videos as we lived two years in Spain also and many of the things you showed brought back fond memories. Thank you.
