It's weird how over the past 80 years, the public perception of veterans with PTSD has evolved from "harmless cowards who can't hurt a fly" to "psychotic potential murderers who can snap any second now".

@@lm-rh3qo I think the former comes from shaming that was used during the World Wars to de legitimize psychological problems soldiers had faced so they won't be medically discharged (for instance, Patton slapping traumatized soldiers in hospitals) and to make an example out of them to the men in the civilian population that "If you become unwell, we're not going to take your seriously we're just going to call you a coward and mock you, so just shut up and report to the draft office because you're not going to find a way out through a mental health exception". The latter attitude of PTSD vets being dangerous likely is the result of media sensationalism when new knowledge of the disorder became more mainstream, probably because they watched Rambo then cherry picked crimes involving veterans and started blaming everything on known or suspected PTSD (without taking into consideration that it's possible for someone to turn to crime without having that condition, or that someone can have it along with other problems).

God bless my man I had phenomena twice each time it almost sent me to the grave. Take a bottle of honey and put like 2 heads of garlic in it let it mix take a spoon full 1-2 times a day. That and Ginger tea! It helped me hopefully it helps you brother!!!

Although there is some of what you said that I agree with, there is also some I disagree with. "For Evil to Prevail is for Good Guys to do Nothing." There is much corruption and lawlessness going on, but now is not the time for war. The empire is already crumbling due to division, dissolution of the social contract, people not having a say in how their homelands are run. I didn't go to war. But I chose to take up humanitarian causes. Why? Because it's always time to heal, not to hurt. My family's legacy endured two bouts of inhumanity; I didn't want my family nor society to go through a third one. But while I was trying to do good, I had normies disrupting my best efforts. Which goes to show that most people are undeserving of humanity, while only a few are worthy of kindness. With what is going on is because the criminals are allowed to act with impunity and protection. Look at the lawlessness and corruption within the law enforcement, legal, and judicial communities; why aren't they in handcuffs, orange jumpsuits, and prison cells? Nothing will get better unless the criminals in authority and arrested and held to account for their actions in a fair and just court of law. The federal government refuses to relinquish their powers and/or be held accountable. It might not be Americans that hold them to account, but the global economy limiting their economic influence worldwide. Unfortunately, most will not answer that call to rebuild and restore because it requires wisdom of truth, justice, law and order, and compassion. It also requires encouragement and responsibility, which the majority shirks every chance they can. Those who have influence in their communities also push conformity, if only to reap benefits they have not sown. These aforementioned tenets are what builds nations. The harder to push such ideals onto the other half of the populace will result in an equal harder push against it. If there has been a long period of time where there is an impasse, then dissolution is inevitable. Particularly if there is no reward for contribution nor compromise to make a path to a better future for all. If something has to happen where 50% of the population is fed up with everything, the country has fallen too far and quite frankly, might not be worth saving. Given the trajectory of how America is going, dissolution might occur over dystopia. And don't get me started on that rubbish civil war movie released recently - - I easily debunked it without having to watch it.

As a side note, why is all of the run and gun videos more popular than videos on legalities, the law, and the pursuit of truth and justice and freedom? Because action is more attractive than the mediocre stoic using wisdom, knowledge, and experience.

That question they asked you was so disrespectful and ignorant in many ways. I was a 51B, but only served a short time in the Reserves. You were in the thick of it . I hold a lot of respect for you. My security experience in the civilian world hasn't been effected much by my short military experience. A lot of vets in my area. They aren't singled out for obvious reasons. Should we start a war in the US? Won't have to. The Feds will do it with its soon coming war with the other two big boys on the block. When we get hit back over here, it will all fall apart. We won't have to start anything. Just sit and wait.

I had similar issues getting hired even in security but not for the possibility of PTSD but because I was still in the reserves and they didn't like my schedule and I even lost my job or not rehired when I got back from a overseas deployment and once even was not given a better position because the supervisor didn't like my schedule as a reservist he basically wanted me on call for anything without exceptions I also remember the report calling veterans future domestic extremists and that police were being trained to fight us.

No American should be blindly loyal to anything. And it is in our nature to make the world more comfortable for ourselves and those we care for. The people you are talking about who want to groom people are real but their influence is not truly interconnected. The internet has allowed situations that could never happen in person to occur. I don't know about you but the nazis would love to rile you up. So would communists. And so would people who see themselves as some of the one true patriots. We must acknowledge that many people look for a fight. They look for a change for good. There are dark people who seek to poke you and their personal enemies for their goals. I respect survivors. I respect the past. I ask of you to critically anazyle the past manipulations of Nazi's and the Americans. Propaganda. Beliefs and religion.
