The team is a reflection of the manager, there is no passion, desire or commitment, ETH might be good tactically (questionable) but he has proven to be a bad man manager, look at what happened with Ronaldo Sancho Casemiro and others, he needs to, its enough, teams like Real Madrid and other big clubs wouldnt tolerate this nonsense.

Our biggest issues have been and continues to be that we haven’t had a top manager since fergie and we’ve bought very poorly. Moyes Van Gaal Ole ETH Mourinho hasn’t gone on to the heights he achieved as a manager since leaving United, so I’m going to assume he was passed it when we got him. Our issue before ten hag was that we were not spending enough and when we did it was poorly placed. With ten hag we’ve done a 180 and spent a huge amount to the tune of 650 million on one manager. Unfortunately he just turned out to be a complete dud. The only signing we’ve made that has come and produced is Bruno. But since ole went he hasn’t been the same. I think we’re over complicating it. Get the best manager we can. No up and coming. No nostalgia bait ex player. Proven winners and top managers. The good players will naturally follow and success thereafter

Casemiro Eriksen and Mainoo should be the midfield 3. 2 solid players on the ball that can pass well and then Case can do his thing shielding the defence. Bruno KILLS our midfield.

Dalot played left back at Milan and at times for Porto. He's played both sides his whole career. Fundamentals don't get excused because of being on the other side of the pitch it's simple football. All the top clubs outside of England have the "instant success or you're sacked" model. Real Madrid, Roman's Chelsea, PSG, Bayern Munich, AC Milan, Inter, Juventus, even Barca has had like 7 managers over the past 7 seasons (including interims). The difference between Man Utd and all these other clubs is that they have mostly competent boards while before this season, we had a shambolic one. SAF and Wenger are EXCEPTIONS, not the rule. Real Madrid has had that instant success model for its entire existence, so has Bayern, so has Ajax (referring to when Ajax was actually capable of winning European trophies), all the clubs I already mentioned and some more. Also remember that if Mark Robins doesn't score against Forest, SAF would've gotten sacked because he hadn't won in seven games. Rants, Saeed, and fans like myself have the belief in INEOS that they can be the competent board that all these other clubs have, which means the manager matters a lot less because the competent boards are bringing in players that fit the club, not a specific manager.
