The only bad thing about Goldbridge is that he's been a fan of a club that takes all your love and passion, but in return it gives nothing but utter disappointment, bitterness and health problems. I couldn't care less about MU, but I keep coming back to watch his videos regularly, it literally became a sitcom like Fools and horses. For us neutrals United's been a comedy gold that keeps on giving, Mark's reactions are priceless, and he knows football as well which is excellent of course. I was born abroad to a father from West Bromwich and a mother from the southeast of Rotterdam, so I could've easily supported Man United. My clubs are based on my roots and generational support. So, when someone from Nottingham (home to two clubs with significant history and not all based on winning shitloads) or from Guildford in Surrey, and you support Man United, Liverpool or Arsenal, etc from your armchair, I'm sorry, I don't take you seriously. Must be a generational thing cos I was always of the opinion that if you don't actively go through the turnstiles on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, you can't exactly call yourself a "real fan."

However, I respect him, because, from the way he has conducted himself publicly, I believe he is an honest person. I believe he genuinely wants Man United to win games, and fans to engage with his community in a constructive way. I have never heard Mark personally attack a former United Stand presenter, or even other people on social media. This, for me, is worthy of respect.
