Hey Guys, Had no idea zee fest got you but not surprised at all. I had called Sid pretentious earlier ( like his wife does as he reminded me) but after watching the first couple of episodes on Zee Fest I feel he is a factoid geek and just cannot help it. Shanky is completely in his zone here, ' mereko bas accha khana daru do, baaki sab gaya bhaad mein.' I loved the fact that you guys didn't sell you soul for the show and continued to be honest about the food with your 'no filter' reviews and that ' take no shit ' attitude. These guys all day brag and bark about food. Travel and tasting food doesn’t make you a food critic specially in case of Indian food which is an amalgamation of multiple flavour working at same time. Shanky doesn’t even know to brown onions for a curry and Sid try to just redeem himself every time by saying i cooked last in 1998 professionally. Cooking is a skill which remains with you for life , not a chapter of book which you forget with time.
