For the RAPPERS out there or anyone looking to get into rap side of music production and vocal production but not sure where to start... here is a reference you can use when trying to find out what creative path you want to travel down regarding different styles of rap. I am examining the work of rappers who autotune, stack, go minimal, or even somewhat sing in their music. There are so many different creative ways to tell your story in your songs and bring across your lyrics but the question is...which is the best for you? Use this video as a way to explore the different styles of rapping popular in today's music industry. And once you learn how to rap and how to write super sick bars, maybe you can then be the new Travis Scott. ;)

I’ve heard the entire album and saw him live. Never said he couldn’t sing. Just that he uses moderate autotune to enhance his brand as a melodic rapper. I think people automatically jump to the conclusion that if you mention someone using autotune we automatically think they can’t sing. Untrue. Because even Ariana Grande used autotune. It’s just and extremely light amount for slight pitch corrections. That’s all.

(Ty for taking the time again to read this comment too if you can 🙏) How did you have the courage to still post your music if there are people like katty perry who is talked about in the industry as someone who is known for stealing other artists work? I’ve had people do this to me with my music who aren’t famous but have posted their “version” of my songs and ideas and would get fans and attention on Spotify but from my own painful experiences and in my own words.. Any tips to overcome this real problem? It’s my main reason I haven’t continued posting my music. (I would sing my songs only in front of trusted friends and family and of of them decided to post it as theirs and when I confronted them and expected to have people back me up on it instead they had defended the person who stole my voice and tried to capitalize on my painful experiences.) 😞 lesson learned but now needing to figure out how to deal with an inevitable thing that will happen. How do u do it?
