Remaining sober is so damn difficult. Severely struggled with alcohol dependence for several years. Marijuana became legal in my state, and that helped me kick alcohol, but now I'm dependent on marijuana. I would rather be addicted to marijuana than alcohol, but would love to know how people kick their marijuana habit.

As a currently un-sober person the idea of drinking a lot before a performance is almost nauseating. You KNOW it's not gonna be good. ALWAYS gets to a point where you lose your skills. If you're good at anything it's best to never introduce alcohol into that part of life even if you do drink

5:00 Danny is right. I was a pack a day smoker for over 10 years and they got it all in your head that he cigarettes have some kind of power. Nah, it's just as hard as any other really ingrained habit to drop. Make it through that 3rd day and that 7th day and it's all good. Been over a year now and I never think of it. **Also I love this duo right here. Wish I coulda seen Ari down there moshing lol.
