I can relate. I was a heavy kid growing up, too many happy meals. A mix of keto sports and lifting got me back to living life and back to art and reading. But I am a Benny Hanscom for life. Happy birthday man.

I turned 40 exactly 2 months ago. I thought it would bother me, having to say I'm in my 40's. But it's been fine. I feel like I'm in great health and my life is nice and stable. I wouldn't go back to being 20 if you paid me!

Schedule your kids that disney trip!! I have amazing memories from my childhood going to Disney. And if you go, you need to go for at least a week (one park per day and can hit a water park and downtown Disney) and stay at a Disney hotel. As an adult I'm trying to go back to see Galaxys Edge.

Happy birthday I wasn't aware we were so close in age I'm coming up on 30 and find it doesn't feel like it but we don't have kids so. Thanks for putting out these videos and making and editing them before you went on vacation so I have something to motivate me to read all week. I finished fool moon Jim butcher finally after months but I'm reading six books so. I'm halfway through my first read of the Hobbit. I finished the killing zone last week.
