I spoke with one of the certified teachers. She was great and said nothing but good things about Deb. So glad to hear a good report on someone who is a designer and teacher. I'm really enjoying the videos. Am going to visit the teacher in my state and hope to buy products all at one time. :)

I just finished watching blazing lemoyns & they are the most beautiful pieces of art! I never imagined anything could be made as a quilt. Thank you for showing me I might be able to do this.

You could call the star in a circle "stars in the moon" or just "moon and the stars" I think that variation is so pretty! Thanks for all your hard work! You are Brilliant!

OMG Deb so inspirational. Please publish a book the way you did this video so that I can buy it and keep in a drawer whenever I want to make a quilt. Endless variations. Just need to turn the page to the one I want to make and take it from there. 👍

Hi Deb,If I want to make a 6 inch blazing lemoyne star.What would the measurements be for the trim on ruler? And my tucker ruler do I use the 3 line for timing the diamonds?
@DebTuckersStudio180Design Жыл бұрын
You would extend the lines for the 3" diamonds like you extend the 4" lines for an 8" block. Use the process on the technique sheet just sub in the 3" and 6" when it talks about extending lines and trimming the star points after adding the side triangles.

How do you know what size to make the half square triangle block on the spinning lemoyne star its shown in green/purple green/pink in the video. I was just at a shop hop in Ontario, I purchased 4 of the technique sheets. I saw this completed block when the ladies at Quilters Cupboard showed me the technique sheets, I hope I didn't miss this sheet :(

I never knew about your rulers or patterns. I am ordering some of them and I was wondering, do you travel and give lessons or a retreat somewhere? You are such a great teacher and your videos are fabulous. So glad I found you and will sign up for your news letter. Thanks so much.

Thanks for your ruler. Can you explain how to get star points north-south; east-west; instead of squared on the block?
@DebTuckersStudio180Design4 жыл бұрын
Absolutely! To do that you're going to need to use my Wedge Star tool, not the Lemoyne Star tool. Check out the demonstration of how that tool works here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXiXiIWJmtiefZo
