Great content! One question I've got is how/if you're able to track build cost against your feasibility allowances during design? Or do you just wait for tenders to come in? How often are your feasibility numbers consistent with tender prices?

Thankyou!! 🥊👌🔥 And great question - We are fortunate because we are constantly tendering and awarding builds, so our data is always current!! But understand not everyone has this luxury. Working closely with a builder if possible during these early stages is a good way to stay on track 🥊👌
