It's a matter of constantly both listening to rap and listening specifically to the artist (in this case NF). I tend to catch almost all - if not all - of NF's bars because I've been a fan since I was 8 years old. Learn about their lives and listen to their style constantly. It's harder to do with Eminem or Big Sean, but still something I do.

This song helped me get through some of the toughest times in my life so far. I remember getting home from work and just breaking down to this song. NF really gets what its like to have a war in your spirit and mind. These words sum up what its like to have anxiety, depression, and generalized mental disorders. As someone who suffers to this day with NVLD and MDD, this is so much more than just a song to me. It's a beautiful rendition of inner monologues and battles with ones ego. Much love to the Knox family and glad to finally get your thoughts on this one! 🖤

I know I’m late to this, but this is proof that Nate can grab a trap rhythm and twist it to the point where it becomes sad and extremely relatable. I applogise this is the first time i have ever heard of Knox Hill. I found KH while watching reaction videos to Eminem's "Darkeness" music video which is one of my favs by Em. KH was on that list so I'm glad i picked it. I really like this guy. Soo insightful in his reaction videos and you can see how much he loves and appreciates the artists styles. 😁 It is ALSO really nice for a change to listen to rap artists who don't need to add curse words in everyother line or word like NF and KH. I am not saying that artsists should not add curse words in their music because i get it....really 👍 i just dont feel like it is always a necessary thing in order to explain thoughts and emotions for dimension is all. Keep up the great work guys!!
