She also does a writing a song for the song Lover. I like to hear her discuss her process and the songs. She has the folklore long pond studio sessions on Disney and she discusses each song. Then she gave the Apple interview in 2020 with Zane Lowe where she discussed the writing for the album evermore.

Taylor explained that most her lyrics come to her with a snippet of the melody. Or the melody comes to her as she starts with a lyric. You have to react to the video of Taylor discussing the making of her 1989 Album in front of Nashville's Producers and Engineers. She goes into great detail. Her 1989 Album had 10 Grammy Nominations, and won; Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Music Video for Bad Blood. Watch to the end of this discussion, as they surprised her by inducting her into the Producers & Engineers Wing, a huge accomplishment. "King of my Heart" performance from the Reputation tour is FIRE! Also, the Eras Tour performance of "My Tears Ricochet" is one of her best performances EVER in my opinion!

Taylor did a VH1 Songwriter's concert, in 2011 or so; search for her name with Harvey Mudd (school in CA). VH1 took it down; subtitles are asian (Chinese? Korean? something) Also, search for Taylor Swift Grammy Pro (pro is "producers' wing, audio engineers and pro sound people). She does a 40 minute presentation on the development of her sound over 5 albums, and some in depth examples of songwriting in different ways (first time writing to track, collab'ing with people long distance, working with very different producers). The video includes 4 acoustic performances of songs on the 1989 album. She does intro's for Blank Space, and Out of the Woods. with the songs, about an hour long.
