The way I see light and darkness is they are required equally, darkness is needed to make the light more enjoyable. (Ying and yang) just like religion needs a scapegoat to indoctrinate you to their beliefs. My belief is lucifer wanted humanity to thrive and succeed so that's why hey wanted Adam and eve to eat the apple of knowledge. God wanted humanity to live on their knees. I think you've got some good interpretations. This song is undoubtedly about the wars in Iraq/Afghanistan post-9/11. I always think that the 'Pathetic Seducer' part is about the U.S. president at the time, George W. Bush. I mean, it could be said that he was trying to 'seduce' the public to get onboard with the wars.

You can't have one without the other. Everything in existence is duel. One can't exist without the other- up needs down, black needs white, in needs out, good needs bad, ect. Black has always been my favorite. In high school the term "goth" wasn't used for those who dressed all in black, which is what I did. In fact my nickname was Blacki. I stole it from the singer of W.A.S.P. lol....and I find it fascinating that the person who introduced me to thrash and death metal and hard-core is not white. Like you Hollywood6 he is half black, half white. He grew up around nothing but white people because his mom was white and he never knew his dad. And the person who showed me the world of rap was my ex, who happens to now live in Georgia and is a big (6'3") white dude. He took me to my first and so far only hip hop concert back in 2016. We saw Kanye in San Jose. The second night of the tour that he canceled after the 3rd night. 😁
