I appreciate Pablo all the more because not only that his mind works as an artist and CEO-businessman, his passionate heart is so unselfish, seeing his self just behind the scene and helping another artist reach the peak even if it would mean surpassing what SB19 would achieve. Only a very generous, unselfish man can have a vision like that, who is actually still on top of the game. Some artists may come to have this kind of vision when their own careers are already going down. Don't worry ho, tulad ng na mention nila, may kontrata between the company and the trainee, kung di pa po kayo familiar how Korean companies train their kpop idols, they're very strict at di pwede ang hindi disiplinado, the boys are trained in a Korean company at yun ang gusto nilang I introduce sa industry, yung very strict discipline when it comes to training.

Nothing serious to worry atm po. They will have training Contracts then Talent Contracts pag na select sila. I believe na sobrang strict ang approach ng 1Z dito. Ipapaintindi din sakanila yung papasukin nila, na hindi ito biro at ano yung mga kelangang iwasan. And i honestly don't think they can approach SB19 members that easily, especially the CEO of the company himself. They would become company employees. I mean with how rigorous the training would be, I don't believe may time pa sila gumanyan😅 I can imagine bukod sa Vocal, Rapping and Dance; May mga media training yan, Language training, Song writing etc. Hindi rin palagi SB19 hahawak sakanila. May mga Mentors/Professionals na tutulong sa kanila as said by Yani.

Nai-inspire ako sa'yo Pablo. I am a new school paper adviser, nag-start ako October last year nang walang kaalam-alam pero nag-self study ako about journalism at uma-attend sa mga training, LAC sessions, at seminars. Alam kong hindi pa 'yun sapat pero dahil sa pakikinig sa'yo, naa-amaze ako sa positive outlook mo at sa visions mo. Ngayon, I am planning to change the system na nakasanayan na sa journalism class namin, especially mga small and simple things. I want them to improve everyday at taglayin nila ang journ skills na matututuhan nila hindi lang para sa competition kundi gaya ng sabi mo dapat equipped sila anytime, nasa kanila lang lahat ng prinactice nila o trinain nila. SB19 have proven numerous times that competition is not their focus.. “PPoP is not a competition, It is a community.” Besides in my own opinion, There is truly no competition when there is a huge gap in “Calibre”.
