Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo says he has learned to find the right motivation before

Months before the Paris Games, Filipino gymnastics star Carlos Yulo told Rappler that he has learned to find the right motivation as he prepared for his Olympic return.
His change in mentality has worked wonders as Yulo delivers the Philippines a historic gold medal in Olympic gymnastics.

I've been watching artistic gymnastics every Olympics since I was a kid. The sport used to be dominated by Europeans, then Americans and Chinese. It's surreal how a Filipino has penetrated the sport!!! We are so proud of you, Caloy! Our golden boy! Our most accomplished gymnast! Mabuhay ka!
