LucyClub intros and outros are better OkHipHop beats be on point OkHipHop won before the last beat was. Playing the last beat, LucyClub won. Because LucyClub was insistent with small differences throughout her songs[beats].

Just curious why are we watching them uh kinda dance? I'm more curious to see how the judges and even how the crowd reacts not how the beat maker moves to their own beat haha.
@whereswaldo26 жыл бұрын
Selah & Forever you want them to stand there not doing anything? They have to get the crowd involved somehow so by them dancing is how they get the crowd involved. This is the worst crowd of all the Rapzilla beat battles. They don’t seem to want to be there so why they did they go in the first place? Needs a better crowd because all these beats are bangers.

@@whereswaldo2 Re-read what I wrote again then reply or don't. I said why are WE watching them. Meaning why are the cameras focussed on them moving. The cameras should be showing the judges reaction as well as the crowd. I understand that they have to present them live in the competition because it's their beats but as for the cameras that's a different story. Get another clue Waldo hahaha.

I’m one of the camera guys, as well as the one who edited all the videos. I made sure to include crowd shots, judge reactions, as well as the producers well all mixed in to these videos as evenly as possible. Also, sometimes the crowd/judge reactions weren’t interesting, and I didn’t wanna show uninteresting reactions the whole time while the beats were playing. I’d glance over to the judges and look around me at the crowd fairly often. If they were giving a dope reaction, I turned and shot it. If not, I stayed on the producer. Same concept when editing. If me or the other shooter captured some dope reactions, I cut to it & if not, I kept it on the producer. Hopefully that answers your question.
@MrLAMaven6 жыл бұрын
@@212mikemac But that uninteresting reaction is what I wanna see. Were they engaged from the very beggining of the song, did they lose interest, did they start feeling the beat later, did they just think the beat was wack from the beggining, same with the crowd. If you engage the viewer and get the viewer thinking then there will be more interest in these videos amd shows. I wanna know if what they said at the end matches their emotions through body language. Body language is the majority of how we communicate so that's why that would interest a viewer. Maybe show them one by one each judge at moments. Then super interested parts of the crowd. Then the boring looks. Then the crowd as a whole. As a viewer that's what I wanna see. And if the judges look that same always then maybe the judges should be changed cuz they are what will make or break the show.
@212mikemac6 жыл бұрын
Selah & Forever Understandable. I hear you and I feel you. However, I was more focused on matching the energy of the beats. You’ll see in later videos (whenever they are posted) that I include more of the shots you mention where they may seem uninterested or just not as excited. I decided to go with only a two camera set up to keep costs down for myself and for Rapzilla. If money was no issue, I would’ve brought in at least two more shooters. One solely for the judges, and one solely for the crowd. This is something I heavily thought about while editing. It would’ve given the videos more variety for sure since it would’ve doubled the number of eyes I had out there, but it would’ve also doubled the cost for myself and Rapzilla. Would I like the change a few things in the way we shot? For sure. We always find something to critique either about our work in retrospect. But I’m still happy with the job we did. I appreciate your comment fr. I’ll take what you said into consideration for the future.
