Feels like Christmas with the unboxing and unwrapping lol. It would probably be easier on your back if you had a platform to stand on while wrenching in the engine bay. Also you might want to lay something on the fenders to protect from scratches. If you have time there are tech schools you can attend to learn auto mechanics and they shouldn't cost too much. Good luck on the build!

I recommend studs for the exhaust manifold there pretty heavy and studs help to align and slide it on/off easy. Also whats your plan for the tune, speed density or MAF.
