Simran u r not supposed to use laptop or phone so early after delivery. Eyes get really affected..work can wait but health is utmost imp..i wrote same msg after ruru was born..but looks like u don't care.. I had lost my child immediately post birth..i used phone coz i was depressed but i developed frequent headaches and low eyesight..not everything what elders say is old fashioned or myth..people advice out of experiences..you vl regret it badly if u vl spend too much time on phone and laptop.rest ur wish.i could ve ignored but i like u that's y commenting.

So sorry to hear that…. I don’t use much phone or laptop but few important things can only be done on phone … only using when it’s mandatory not using all time… infact I don’t like too much screen time personally … as it’s my job hope u understand 😊
