1969 was the second year for the original classic Triumph Daytona 500. Truly a privilege to ride this vintage beauty. Wahoo! Baxtercycle.com

Thats a 69 by the paint job, and the first year of a crossover exhaust pipe. I have a 69 Triumph Daytona 500.that I bought brand new in Aug 1969 and still have.

@@forgottenmotorcycles Yeah for my build and weight it was a better ride than the 750 Bonneville i bought a few years later . I felt i was part of the Daytona as opposed to sitting on top of the Bonneville , not sure if that makes sense but another friend that still has a Daytona and a bonny says the same and although the Daytona is less powerful its a better ride. At 69 i still ride but its an MT07 Yamaha. lol.
