I found a 20p at work 6 months ago, i laughed to myself saying im 20p richer.. 6 months later im cleaning my car and noticed its not the correct colour. It is copper/ bronze ,It is a 1987 twenty pence coin. That work day just got better 😂

I found a 2015 £2 coin where the center has moved round so when you hold it and look at the date on the bottom and turn it over instead of the neck of the queen being there its the top of her head in very good condition too

Just found out that the copper 20p coin has been platted. Nail filed the edge and the nickel silver shows through. Has been treated with acid and platted with copper. How disappointed I am with unscrupulous Pearson’s trying to con people by making them think they have a rare coin. I have been collecting for years and have never come across anything like this before. Shameful 😫

Tenho uma moeda de twenty pence 2008, que a rainha está com um resto de material no nariz que ficou parecendo com leão.
