This mediation is a part of a series of sitting meditations that were used by the Shaolin Monks and Nuns to train new students in how to quickly and effectively tap into their Qi.
Qi is the vital life force energy of the universe. All living things have Qi, but not all things have the same levels of Qi. The Monks and Nuns knew this and as such, developed various practices to tap into Qi. This meditation can be done by anyone. It is especially good for those practicing yoga, martial arts, Zen, Buddhism or Taoism.
This meditation is especially good for ANYONE who wants to increase their overall health and vitality. Qi is the life force energy of the universe. Follow in the footsteps of the masters of old and learn how you can tap into qi, cultivate it, and increase your vital life force.
