Can you do a video on red blotch? I bought an amaryllis that definitely has Red blotch, there's a red line near the bud tip and in the stem of the bloom stalk. I'm not really sure what to do with it, I should quarantine it? Is it normal that when I remove the old dried up brown scales when potting up that the new white scales harden red first or does that bulb have red blotch also? Because most of my bulbs turned white, red them brown.

Red blotch are usually caused by high humidity or raining. If it is lightly infected(only leaves and flower stalk), treated with sparying fungicide solution（Bordeaux mixture）. If it is infected with bulb too, you'd better unpot it, remove the infected scales, duct the bulb with anti-fungal powder. For heavily infected one, change the potting soil, quarantine it; if cann't recover after treating, dicard it. PS: Put them in well-ventilated place. It is very important.

Amaryllis iubește soarele, ar trebui să crească la soare. Dacă o ține în creștere în interior, s-ar putea să nu înflorească. Dar dacă vara toridă, mutați-l la umbră pentru a evita lumina directă a soarelui la amiază și după-amiaza.

There are not many yellow Amaryllis, but yes, Amaryllis Single Yellow Star is one of them, and some unnamed hybrids appear greenish yellow.

It' floral absorption dye. It takes very long time to take color for food colors, and the color is not so brilliant.

👏👏🙂Merhaba arkadaşım, yorumun için teşekkür ederim. Amaryllis'i soğanları toprağa gömerek yetiştiriyorsanız ve iyi performans gösteriyorlarsa sorun değil. Ampuller aşırı sulanırsa çürümeye eğilimli olduğundan, normalde onları ampullerin 1/2 veya 2/3'ü açıkta olacak şekilde yetiştiririz. Ampulü açığa çıkararak çürümesini önleyebilir, herhangi bir hastalık varsa onu görüp en kısa sürede tedavi edebiliriz.
