Despite their terrible flight history of failures I'm glad some are still around flying and probably well maintained now. Love the retro red white and blue livery too.

Thank you! This is a common design on EMB-120s as it is the former SkyWest livery. SkyWest was the largest operator of EMB-120s before retiring them in 2015.

thats a Ex Skywest plane, I havent seen one since I flew into Fresno Yosemity international airport. well they stop making them in 2001, and skywest got rid of them so you can say goodbye to EMB 120 turbo props or should I say Good Ritz. they had lots of plane crashes with them.

It's true that Skywest had many incidents with this plane, but most of them were caused by inadequate maintenance, pilot error, or just pure misfortune like the time when the pilots were "blinded" by a strange blue light when they were landing. Other problems that they encounter like some difficulties with the trim control in cold conditions were fixed.
