I have seen people commenting that these people are poor, so that is why they aren't that clean. Well, there is no excuse. I have been poor, and I know people that are poor, but they are still clean. There is no excuse for this level of filth. I don't eat out here, in the US, very often, and we have all kinds of health inspections, but I don't trust people, and I know that other people aren't going to care about something that they aren't eating. As a matter of fact, sometimes I am even grossed out about canned or packaged goods that I buy. If I think about it too long, I would starve, so I try not to. 😆 I work in a restaurant, and I can tell you that the men and women, where I work, would never do anything gross to the food, but I have heard too many stories. This level of filth could be somewhat prevented. First, take a couple of dollars and buy some bleach. Then, buy some damn bug repellents. Lastly, buy screens to put on your food, while it is resting. Oh, and, also, build a damn workspace off the floor, to put your baked goods on. This is just gross.

Does anybody ever clean their kitchen? Or the cooking equipment? How can anybody cook for paying customers in such filthy kitchens using oil as black as charcoal? I love to cook and love food but in this report I did not even see 1 dish that I would dare to taste. This is the second item I see on Indian streetfood. If you only new what goes on in some of the restaurants you have put your feet in and thought you were just ooh ooh ooh well let me give you a little secret I have worked for a respectable high end catering firm and let me tell you I've seen $60 steaks perfectly filleted chicken cupcakes land on for being dropped by the chef and his cohorts never brushed off cigarette butt stuck to the steak and went out there and proudly bragged how great his meat was so it's not always about what you perceive to be nasty because some of the high-end places should hang their heads and shaved and these people on the street foods are working hard to make a living and I am proud of them so sit down and take a good look at yourself and how uptight you and everybody else are sounding and acting I am glad who I am because I can give others a chance been through that doorway Tootsie and it's not always pretty. So I guess you don't eat food at festivals either oh I guess they're so so clean I go to the one in New York the 9th avenue festival and you know I guess you're missing out on that one too or many others around the world. 🇺🇸😠

Who and what is Dil Khush?????. The work surface, walls, floors and dise are in a filthy state. It looked like dry bread with bits of what looked like green and red peppers thrown in with flour, some sort of liquid and kneaded together. These were then placed in a heap on the rolled kneaded dough and bunched together then flattened and placed in the oven. Then cut like slices to sell. These street vendors should be fined as they are putting the public health in danger. Some will go to lengths to make money.

Просто жуткая антисанитария, еда на уровне ног, всё засаленное с нагаром, стены грязные. И правда что это менталитет, живут как последний день! Кругом грязь, мерзко не только смотреть, а даже пробовать это адское варево. У моих дедов в сарае с кроликами тюль чище чем у этих поваров...🤢 банально про уборку наверно не в курсе, либо просто плевать на гигиену, ах да у них наверно иммунитет уже выработался они же для полного комплекта еще в токсичной воде моются... Просто чушки по жизни,теперь не удивлена почему многие и говорят, что они полпланеты засрали... 21:05 вытащил он свою выпечку, аж тараканы по полу в рассыпную побежали. И после этого многие говорят, о отдыхе в этой помойке? Не ребят, я по ротовирусу не скучаю, потом из всех дыхательно-пихательных систем будет лететь дальше чем видишь! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am in awe of the incredible skills of these bakers.
