for those who don't realize... **tip-off**(i learned early before getting ripped off)... *College to Pro's=$ *Rookies=$ *Hall-of -Famers=$ *Misprints=(just depends who they were and how good they are, etc) *Tiffany Cards=(Dead-on-photo,,,, stats on reverse need be deqd center) *No scratches,"Dog-Ears",defects,etc I measure my cards with a vernier caliper! Which also tells me if the card is dead on accurate. Then if the card is free from defects. This is when sending a card for grading is worth it. I personally do not send cards since I look at every card I have that I wish to put away.After all that time I've looked at every card I need, I know they are either emaculate , or defects. Some collectors have different tastes for their collection. I personally like.. *Misprints *Misspelling *Wrong person with wrong name *Reversed photo *College-to-Pro's *Rookies *1st years *Top-Prospects *Drafts *H.O.Fer's

That Jerry Rice was my first "Big" card growing up. Had it in my collection and didnt know it but thankfully i hadnt cut, taped or rubber banded as this was the first cards i collected the 86 Topps football... I was 7. Still have the Rice and all those cards from that set. Reggie White and Steve Young rookie too!!! Some how they were also in good shape!!

It's fine to discuss graded cards, but those cards are very hard to find. Why not simply discuss regular cards that generally command high value? Examples include the 1935 National Chicle Nagurski, the 1965 Topps Namath, and the 1957 Topps cards of Unitas, Starr, and Hornung. Not many have the resources to purchase the best centered, almost perfect specimens that can never be removed from their holders.

Answer to Numbers two 1295/1499 means you have the 1295 card and there was only 1499 of those cards made
