George Hennard, who killed 23 people Luby's Cafeteria on October 16, 1991, left a woman named Jane Bugg a voicemail after she missed his phone call. He mentions a letter received by a girl named Stacie Weatherford; Hennard actually wrote the 3+ page "letter of admiration" to Bugg's two daughters. Hennard didn't know their names, nor had he met or ever had a conversation with them. This voicemail is from June 1991, four months before his rampage in Killeen, Texas.
