My husband passed when I was away from his rehab 9 years ago. I had just left him and he was fine. Earlier, he had a wheezing issue, but nothing drastic. I went home to give our senior cat her meds. I asked him if he'd be OK. He smiled and looked at me and said, " go on. I'll be OK." His last words but words that were so true because he is OK I got the call leaving my house That he had passed. He's in heaven and I will join him one day. A song that helped me through because I wasnt there when he passed is called God and time.

She told me as I was leaving his room. I turned around and said "Now you tell me, after all this time. And gave him a big smile. We had our ups and downs, and there are things I will never forgive, but that moment in his life, I will never forget. I loved you to Dad, such a shame we could not have been better with each other.

I remember when my grandpa died. He was laying in a hospital bed and he couldn’t really talk or do like any movements at all. And I remember, he finally opened his eyes looking around the room. Then he stopped and looked at me, and a tear fell down his face. Then he went back to sleep.

@@goaway7905 Well yes, he died but not right there. I saw him in his very last moments before i had to leave the hospital. He was a big guy but after treatment because of something that happened to his heart, he started getting super skinny. Until one day, he had another heart attack i think and then got sent back to the hospital where i saw him one last time. I never thought that was gonna happen to him so soon so i never really went to his house to spend time with him. I wish I would’ve done that.

@TS Creations one of my grandpas has already died.(the one from my father’s side) and my other grandpa(from my mother‘s side) is still alive but I never met either one of them.
