Rare gold sovereign with 16300 mintage and 12 sovereigns site unseen

I started stacking silver, I added 10% gold to my stack, started with 10th oz coin's,and never thought about sovereigns, then I got hooked, there are so many,and a lovely size, the same diameter as the round one pound,

I bought three recently, sight unseen. Two young heads and one old head. Two Melbourne and one Perth mint. Three for three. I prefer the older coins.

Those are some stunning coins, even though the "normal" ones weren't that old. I would love to see that 1909-O come back from grading!

The old non bullion coins are the best. You can handle them without gloves.

Well king Edward vii Canada mint is low mintage and the 5 pound sovereign 1902 is low mintage but how many 1901 queen Victoria half sovereign mintage in the Perth mint is only 4 😱😱😱

They have a 'C' Mintmark. Be careful as some are really rare some not so.

Sovereigns dont go 3 to 5% over spot these days. the 1909C I have just had it graded at a AU58 I will price it at £1500

hello interesting video i have a half sovereign from 1913 i have been told its rare as it was minted outside of uk would love to hear some feedback from you if possible as i have limited knowledge on this subject.
