I’ve noticed that the Canadian trains do not utilize the flashing ditch lights. It may not be a requirement there, and therefore not equipped.

I have always wanted to know how much fuel does a big engine hold and how far can it go between fuel stops? I have seen that many of these engines have tank capacity for around 1000 plus gallons of diesel fuel.

@@WideWorldofTrains OK 5000 gallons of fuel and yet you have not told me how far that 5000 gallons take the engine while pulling 75 to 200 freight cars. If I read it correctly then it is about a maximum of 400 miles. Now I can be wrong with that.
