I used to hate the Hero Suits, but they've grown on me over time! (Except for Zane, I still think he looks terrible lol) I think you should put Water/NRG Nya in the Crystalised pt1 row because it's more show accurate than Future Nya.

I don't think the "Hero Armor" name really works because the Ninja have always been heroes technically. They're not your traditional *super* heroes like Spider-Man, but they're definitely heroes in their own right. And suddenly having one of theirs be called "Hero" doesn't fit. Like if they got an outfit called "Ninja Suits," it's redundant.
