I lost my dad when I was 19, he was shot a day after his 41st birthday. I can’t stop listening to this song. I grew up on country music. And I grew up knowing God for as long as I can remember. I was raised catholic, but I’ve since left the Catholic Church and now follow Christ on my own. I listen to Christian music and worship on my own, I am not a church goer, because I feel like I can praise God and worship him better on my own than going to church. I have many friends who are deep in their faith and we talk all the time about everything. Our experiences, tribulations, praises. Then I came across this song and it has deepened my faith. I lost my daughter almost 7 years ago. The 3 years I had with her were absolutely amazing, we had many tough times, darkest of dark, but then witnessed a miracle first hand. Those 3 years completely changed my life. In every single way. I have plenty of songs and music that will bring tears to my eyes, but nothing like this song. I can’t even sing any of the words without being choked up and tears rolling down my face. I am eternally thankful to be able to see my daughter again in heaven. To see her dancing with my grandpas, grandmas, friends, and other heart friends that we became family with through our time together in the hospitals. I lost my mom at 31 yrs old to Leukemia and my grandpa at 69 to throat Cancer. Then spread through out his body. It was meant for me to see this on Tic Tok today. I love all ur music!! 💯💯💜
