The gramophone plays absolute perfectly. As it is supposed to, loudly and with good sound. Nothing rattles, nothing squeaks, nothing wobbles. Everything is in good order and as it came from the factory. The motor has been cleaned and re-lubricated and the entire unit has been restored where it was necessary, but 98% are in pristine original condition - both optically and technically. The leather handle is strong and carries the gramophone reliably.
In its faux snakeskin visually very nice, but technically quite simple built gramophone with a good motor that sometimes with its pot metal parts makes troubles. Here those parts are in good condition, fixed and they will last along time. hIt plays more than one complete side of a record smoothly.
Its sound is nearly unbelievable loud and good. The soundbox has new rubber gaskets.
BIt is really a pleasure to play shellac records with it. And also portable, such as at a stylish picnic in the countryside.

Das Grammophon spielt absolut perfekt. Wie es sich gehört, laut und mit gutem Sound. Nichts klappert, nichts quietscht, nichts wackelt. Alles ist in gutem Zustand und wie es aus der Fabrik kam. Der Motor wurde gereinigt und neu geschmiert und das gesamte Aggregat wurde soweit nötig restauriert, befindet sich aber zu 98% im tadellosen Originalzustand - sowohl optisch als auch technisch. Der Ledergriff ist stark und trägt das Grammophon zuverlässig.
In seinem Schlangenhaut-Imitat optisch sehr schönes, aber technisch recht einfach gebautes Grammophon mit einem guten Motor, der mit seinen Zinkdruckguß- Teilen manchmal Ärger macht. Hier sind diese Teile in gutem Zustand, repariert und werden noch lange halten. Es spielt mehr als eine komplette Seite einer Schallplatte reibungslos ab.
Sein Klang ist erstaunlich laut und gut. Die Schalldose hat neue Gummidichtungen.
Es macht wirklich Spaß damit Schellackplatten abzuspielen. Und auch mobil, etwa beim stilvollen Picknick im Grünen.
