6s until you get used to the controls, there is loose skill based matchmaking in d2 and at the lowest skill brackets you can do well and never actually improve. 6v6 has a wider range of skilled teammates. Learning positioning, gaining map knowledge, etc doesn’t mean anything if it takes you a few seconds to aim in someone’s general direction. Once you’re comfortable enough with general gunplay and movement, have a more skilled friend watch you play or record and watch it yourself. Go into private games to get a basic understanding of map layouts while watching a KZbin video or stream of someone good playing on each map in a more competitive game mode like trials or comp.

@@ReneAzy like I said, it doesn’t matter if you aren’t comfortable with the general controls and gunplay. I suggest you revisit the explanation I gave in my post. Too many people try to hop straight into comp and rumble to “get good,” but because of this game’s matchmaking your stats can improve yet you’ll never face a person with a positive K/D.

i get 100 range with opening shot, he gets 97, so we dont need the extra range or want the wider spread
