I got three different shiny Charmanders: two at 71% IVs and one around 59% IV. It's not the greatest but I finally got my shiny Charizard; love him so much. I also did get like an 89% IV with Blast Burn. I do have like a 98% IV Charizard but that was before the event; nonetheless it was a good day. :D
