I believe what you’re describing is a realistically proportioned digitigrade fursuit, they exist already and have for many years. The extended arm part would be a little bit tedious though, but that’s not too far off the “part time” quad suit you’re referring to.

Before people call this a reason furries are weird for age restricted reasons. For one, no they don't.
